Cancellation Policy

At Emirates Home Care, we understand that plans can change. We have established the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both our clients and our healthcare professionals.

48-Hour Cancellation Rule

We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for all cancellations to receive a full refund. This allows us to reassign our healthcare professionals and offer the time slot to other patients in need.

Cancellation Guidelines

More than 48 hours before appointment

Full refund. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will receive a complete refund of any prepaid amount.

24 to 48 hours before appointment

50% refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund. A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted.

Less than 24 hours before appointment

No refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund, as our healthcare professional will have already been allocated.

No-Show

No refund. If you are not available at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, please note the following:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.
  • If you paid by cash, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment rather than cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling requests made with at least 48 hours notice will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
