1. Introduction

Welcome to Emirates Home Care. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Emirates Home Care is a DOH accredited home healthcare provider operating in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.

2. Service Usage

• Services are available to individuals residing in or visiting the UAE.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when booking appointments or requesting services.
• Our healthcare professionals will provide care in accordance with DHA regulations and professional medical standards.
• You are responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for our healthcare professionals.
• You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to commencement of services.
• Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, please call 998 immediately.

3. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or reassign healthcare professionals based on availability.
• A minimum booking duration may apply depending on the service type.
• An additional urgent fee of AED 105 applies for bookings between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Bookings made within a 5-hour window may incur an additional short-notice fee.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Service rates may vary depending on the type of service, duration, time of day, and location.
• Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. For full details, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy page.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality of care, Emirates Home Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Emirates Home Care and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Emergency Disclaimer

Our services are not designed to handle medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 998 (UAE Emergency Services) immediately. Emirates Home Care shall not be liable for outcomes arising from failure to seek emergency medical care.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Amendments

Emirates Home Care reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
